What privilege to view oracle package body

If a package / procedure is in one schema and your account is in another schema, you won't be able to see the contents of the pl/sql.

In order to view it, GRANT DEBUG ON <my pkg> TO <myuser>

Please note that it appears by granting DEBUG it implicitly grants EXECUTE (which makes sense).
