Restore the traditional sidebar view in ITunes 11

I found that you can recover the traditional side bar view as show by this site:  http://howto.cnet.com/8301-11310_39-57556277-285/restore-the-traditional-sidebar-view-in-itunes-11/

But first I had to go to upper right corner and 'show menu bar'
Then go to the View Menu and select Show Sidebar.

Ughhh
