Provider URL not specified in 'Configuration' Form Tibco Error

This error showed up when I validate the project and when I clicked on go to resource, nothing happened and I didn't go anywhere.

It seems to be some bug in my BW designer 5.7

I noodled out that the JMS connection may be the culprit.

First I unchecked the 'Use JNDI for Connection Factory'

and lo and behold a field called provider URL showed up

So I clicked apply, hit save, then re-checked the use JNDI and save and the error went away.
