Costco Travel can only take over a booking from Royal Caribbean® under the following conditions:
- The reservation cannot be more than 30 days old
- The reservation's deposit has been paid
- The reservation cannot be paid in full
- The reservation is not booked in a Group
If you'd like to transfer your reservation to Costco Travel, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Royal Caribbean Travel Agency Transfer Form directly on their website
- Include the following details:
- Travel Agency Phone Number:
- For US reservations: 425-657-1900
- For Canadian reservations: 613-221-2000
- Travel Agents Name: Costco Travel
- Complete the Costco Travel Reservation Transfer survey
- After your survey has been submitted, it will take up to 7 - 10 business days for us to complete the transfer process
- When the process is completed, you will receive an emailed invoice from Costco Travel with your booking information
